Breakfast was wonderful! Guadalupe prepared a great tasting breakfast everyday we were there. The front desk was always pleasant and responsive! We requested a shower chair for my husband and the front desk said they couldn't locate one BUT they ordered one for us! What?? Amazing! It was there within 30 minutes! Our dog loved being there and her morning walks along the River Walk everyday was beautiful. Loved our balcony facing the Animas River. It was quite and clean. Housekeeping cleaned our room once, at our request, and did an awesome job! Planning on staying here again with our grandkids next time!

Very nice to have the hotel next to the river and have a room with a balcony and river view. The room and bathroom were a good size and well set up. There were a good selection of breakfast items a nice seating arrangement with big windows or the option of sitting outside. There is also a secure underground parking available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—right on the river and just a short walk to the historic downtown and train station. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after exploring the area. The free breakfast every morning was a great bonus, with a variety of choices to suit any taste. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a touch of charm!

The location is excellent, on the riverfront. Walked everywhere. Covered parking garage is a plus. The breakfast had nice selection.

breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. Area is wonderful. Durango a great place and fun to visit. The narrow gauge RR ride was spectacular.

Location ideal for trip on DURANGO & Silverton railway being a 12 minute walk from terminus plus good to get in house breakfast. Enjoyed sitting on riverside terrace in the evening. Our allocated room was directly on the busy highway but on enquiry the desk clerk changed this without any fuss. Room was large, clean, well equipped and comfortable. On site parking was an additional bonus.

Like the location next to the Animas River and our room with a balcony overlooking the river. The breakfasts were good and had a nice selection of food items. Also liked the covered parking with room key access.
